Abstract

The present invention refers to a set of pieces produced with disposable, recyclable material of the honeycomb type known as polionadas, in the step dimensions most commonly applied in architectural projects for the construction of stairs, which are: 25 x 19; 26 x 18.5 and 27 x 18 (Measures in centimeters).

The dimensions presented above for the step are in accordance with Blondell's formula, the Brazilian Accessibility Standard NBR 9050 and for this reason, in general, it complies with the codes of municipal works. The parts will be graded facilitating their application, eliminating the continuous need for measurement when performing the service.

Stair marking in civil construction works is commonly done by drawing the reference plane (wall), according to the dimensions of the floor and mirror of the step, presented in the architectural project or according to the information and guidelines of the owner, contractor or technical responsible for the work.

It is commonplace, especially in works without projects, the execution of stairs in disagreement with Blondell's formula, with the norms and consequently contrary to the codes of municipal works.

We can highlight some negative points identified in the state of the art currently applied:

1. BEAM ON STEP - It is very common to raise the masonry with distribution of the beams and placement of the slab with disregard for the space to be occupied by the stairs, generating the passage of a structural element (beam) on a step, often leaving offer a comfortable and safe height under the beam in relation to the step floor covered by it. 5. DELAY IN THE WORK - The delay in the execution of the stairs, due to difficulty in marking and / or training, as well as corrections, consequently directly compromises the delivery time of the work.

The present invention aims to eliminate the problems pointed out in the current technique, using a double-sided template for marking stairs, applied on the reference plane of the same.

In this sense, the present invention will be described below with reference to the typical characteristics of the same and also with references to the attachments, in which we inform the different types of stairs to which the template can be applied, as well as the parts to be produced observed the normative applications indicated above.

The figures presented will illustrate for which types of stairs the double-sided jigs will be produced, reaching application either for stair without landing, with flat landing, divided or in steps. Therefore, the template is applicable for straight stairs, in "L" (éle), "U" or even misaligned.

Figure 1 illustrates a completely straight stair without landing.

Figure 2 illustrates a fully straight staircase with a flat landing, the position of the landing is irrelevant, since the template is double-sided.

Figure 3 illustrates an “L” staircase divided into two flights, one perpendicular to the other, joined by a flat landing. It is relevant to note that, as the template is double-sided, it does not matter the position of the ladder in the environment / space to be developed, so whatever the template can be applied.

The templates will be produced, initially, in the lengths of one meter and one meter and thirty centimeters, allowing, if necessary, their reduction, case by case, as indicated in the architectural project.

The product will comprise a set of parts for stair marking. A product unit will have as many parts as necessary to mark the ladder identified on the packaging, respecting the normative parameters. It will also accompany the marking kit, a leaflet with instructions for use.

REINVENTIONS 1. Double-sided template for marking stairs in civil construction works, characterized by the fact that it is a light product, manufactured with disposable material, recyclable, easy to apply, commonly known as polished sheet, which has a honeycomb core, coated in both sides with smooth plastic plate, so no special tools are required. Provides speed in the execution of the form, guaranteeing a lower cost for work, as well as a shorter term; defines the position of the waiting fittings for supporting and securing the ladder; eliminates the risk of the possibility of a short height between beam and step covered by it, ensuring a comfortable staircase and preventing accidents. Ensuring steps with the same standard of dimensions, thus eliminating the need for re-service for preliminary corrections to the application of finishes. The parts will be produced as shown in figures 11 to 21 after, previously dimensioned, according to each type of applicable ladder.
