[001] The present invention relates to an association device for application in furniture articles, and more specifically a device that associates with at least one structural element of the furniture article by means of blocking.

[002] The present invention also relates to a method used to associate said device with at least one structural element of a furniture item.

DESCRIPTION OF THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE [003] When it comes to furniture items, it is known that they are formed by the association of various elements to form their structure. Among the structural elements that usually form a furniture item, we can mention, for example, doors or drawers, pictures formed by profiles, glass, among others.

[004] A large part of these associations between the various structural elements of the furniture article is made through means of association that present several problems in their application. First, we can give as an example the perpendicular association between profiles to form a picture. For this type of association, in general, an L-shaped part disposed adjacent to the elements to be associated is used, and then said part is fixed by means of screws or similar means in both elements, thus ending the association between them.

[005] This type of association requires the article to be screwed / drilled to allow its execution, and requires the use of screws and tightening / drilling tools, which makes the association complex and impractical, and also damages the article in the process . [006] A similar problem can be identified when a fixed structure of the movable article is associated with a movable structure of said article, such as a door or drawer. Such associations are, in general, made by hinges or similar elements, which are fixed to the fixed and movable structures of the article by means of screws, rivets or the like, as is done when fixing between profiles of the article. Naturally, the same problems mentioned above are also identified in this type of fixation.

[007] Thus, it is clear that the means used by the state of the art for association between structural elements of a furniture item are of complex and impractical application, also comprising several fastening elements whose use requires the use of specific tools.

[008] In this sense, the state of the art lacks an association device applicable to elements of a furniture article that promotes the association between such elements in a quick, practical way and without requiring that the structure of the article be damaged for this purpose, and that promotes easy handling of the device by a user without the need to use any tools.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION [009] A first objective of the present invention is to present an association device for furniture articles that allows the association between elements of said article in a quick and practical way.

[0010] A second objective of the present invention is to present an association device for furniture articles that allows the association between elements of said article without the need to damage the

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES [0040] Figure 1 is a perspective view of a preferred configuration device 100 of the present invention, device 100 disposed adjacent to a pair of structural elements 20 of the furniture article, before its association with said structural elements 20 .

Association device (100) for furniture items comprising a base (10) associable with at least one structural element (20) of the furniture item, the device (100) characterized by the fact that the base (10) is configured to receive at least one locking element (30), the locking element (30) having at least one manipulable extension (31) operable by the user, the locking element (30) being provided with at least one locking extension (32) , the blocking extension (32) being configured to selectively fix and detach the base (10) to the structural element (20) by operating the manipulable extension (21). 2. Device (100), according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the operation of the extension manipulable (31) by the user establishes a contact pressure between the blocking extension (32) and the structural element (20). 3.
