System for the assembly of an operational touch-trigger device in household appliances, more specifically in cooking appliances that include a cooking table (100) provided with handles (110) for controlling the flow of burners (not shown) and at least an operating device (14), said cooking table (100) further comprising at least one cooperating glass surface with a support structure (120), the system FEATURED by the fact that: - the operating device (14) drive and touch system; - at least one support (1) and cooperating, simultaneously, with the bottom surface of the cooking table (100) and with at least one operational device (14), said support (1) comprising a parallelepipedal body comprising at least at least two side walls (9), at least one rear wall (10) and a base (12) provided with at least one orifice (6) for the passage of connecting components of the operational device (14), the upper ends being the side walls (9) cooperate with support flaps (2) cooperating with the bottom surface of the cocgao table (100), the upper end of the rear wall (10) comprising at least one rear flap (4) provided with cavities (5) cooperating with pins or guide elements in solidarity with the lower surface of the cooking table (100), with the lateral walls (9) and the rear (10) each comprising at least one orthogonal rod (8) provided with holes (81) co-workers with fasteners (11) cooperating with the walls of the support structure (120) of the cocgao equipment, with the lateral walls (9) and posterior (10) being independent and pivotally cooperating with the base (12) so that the support (1) is flexible prior to installation on the cooking table (100), after installing the support (1) on the cooking table (100) the lateral edges of the lateral walls (9) are adjacent and cooperating with the lateral edges of the posterior wall (10 ).
