RELATÓRIO DESCRITIVO DE PATENTE DE INVENÇÃO "DISPOSITIVO NIVELADOR DE PISOS E REVESTIMENTOS" [01] Trata o presente pedido de patente de invenção de um dispositivo com o campo de aplicação voltado para construção civil e alvenaria o qual permite o nivelamento das peças, pisos e revestimentos. [02] Para que se tenha uma clara visualização dos benefícios e vantagens com a revelada proposta será a seguir dada uma breve explanação para o estado da técnica onde será possível a um técnico versado no assunto reconhecer seus aspectos limitantes para então discorrer sobre as características do dispositivo. [03] É de conhecimento geral que o assentamento de pisos e revestimentos é problemático e dependem muito do capricho e conhecimento do operário. Sempre depois de realizado o trabalho com uma detalhada verificação percebem-se irregularidades no que tange as junções dos pisos onde será aplicado o conhecido rejunte. [04] Algumas soluções são conhecidas no estado da técnica como descreve o documento BR 20 2012016828 1 que trata de um "nivelador espaçador para assentamento de pisos, azulejos e similares", constituído por um pequeno conjunto formado por duas peças, o balanço e o alinhador, onde o balanço possui duas abas que são introduzidas sob duas peças consecutivas de pisos ou azulejos, enquanto o alinhador é introduzido no furo de passagem do alinhador, puxando as abas para cima fazendo com que as duas peças de pisos ou azulejos fiquem alinhadas em face da pressão exercida pelas abas na parte inferior dos mesmos. [05] Esta proposta necessita de uma ferramenta especial para aplicação além do que uma das peças na forma de cunha é posicionada visualmente comprometendo o nivelamento. [06] Outras soluções ainda tentaram melhorar a qualidade do acabamento, porém tratam de componentes complexos e caros. Demandam ainda um procedimento longo e demorado. [07] O requerente conhecedor dos problemas revelados e conhecidos no estado da técnica desenvolveu um dispositivo nivelador de simples e fácil aplicação. s [08] E composto por duas peças sendo uma base e um espaçador. O espaçador é aplicado entre os pisos e como este espaçador possui um "parafuso" que permanece acima da superfície do piso para então receber a base que é uma peça rosqueada no parafuso até manter contato com o piso. [09] Um conjunto de peças deve ser colocado para efetivar o nivelamento.
