MÉTODO PARA LIMPAR E ESPALMAR LAMBARI. A presente Patente de Invenção refere-se a um inovador método de espalmar um peixe conhecido popularmente como lambari, deixando-o sem escamas, nadadeiras, cabeça, espinha e vísceras, ou seja, apenas o filé pronto para o preparo de quaisquer pratos culinários, sejam eles assados, cozidos ou fritos que tenham entre seus ingredientes este peixe conhecido da população brasileira.
