Abstract
MÉTODO PARA LIMPAR E ESPALMAR LAMBARI. A presente Patente de Invenção refere-se a um inovador método de espalmar um peixe conhecido popularmente como lambari, deixando-o sem escamas, nadadeiras, cabeça, espinha e vísceras, ou seja, apenas o filé pronto para o preparo de quaisquer pratos culinários, sejam eles assados, cozidos ou fritos que tenham entre seus ingredientes este peixe conhecido da população brasileira. A presente invenção dá-se da seguinte forma. Primeiramente, com o lambari(1) já descamado, deve-se retirar as nadadeiras(2), a cabeça com as guelras(3) e, com um corte(4) ao longo da linha inferior da barriga, deve-se retirar as vísceras. A seguir, deve-se abrir ao meio o lambari(1) e, por dim, deve-se retirar a espinha(5), ficando assim pronto para ser temperado e utilizado.METHOD FOR CLEANING AND SPRAYING LAMBARI.
