A sensory evaluation with a 12-member panel was performed to evaluate the following parameters: • during washing: foam amount, foam creaminess; • after washing and immediate drying: the freshness, cleansing sensation and smoothness of the skin, • after 15 minutes of drying: cleansing, freshness and smoothness of the skin. The procedure for the test was as follows: • hands and forearms were washed with detergent and warm water; • each bar of soap was held in one hand and passed under the water for one second; • rubbing the soap bars against your hands separately ten times and then leaving the bars on the side; • rubbed the left forearm with the right hand and vice versa ten times; • put the forearms in warm water until almost all the foam was gone, wash the hands normally; • both hands and forearms are dried; • sensory evaluation of the hands and forearms, analyzing the desired aspects; • A form with the measurement evaluations for each characteristic was completed. The formulation of Example 1 showed a more significant wash foam formation (90% confidence level) and a greater feeling of freshness on the skin at the moment of drying, after drying and after 15 minutes of drying, as well as providing softness. 15 minutes after drying (grade 3 with 95% confidence level) as compared to Comparative Example 1. The most visible and significant feature of Example 1 was to give the skin more freshness after 15 minutes of drying (level 3 compared to Comparative Example 2, indicating that the attribution of a lasting freshness sensation is warranted when a film-forming organopolysiloxane compound is used with menthol.
