Abstract

APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA FORNECER DETECÇÃO E CONTROLE AUTOMÁTICOS Um sistema de controle de perfuração monitora e compara valores de operação de perfuração e completação e autonomamente atua em resposta a condições tais como uma intrusão dos fluidos da formação ou surgência. Sensores em várias combinações podem monitorar taxa de fluxo de fluido de retorno, taxa de fluxo de entrada de fluido, pressão de furo de cabeça de poço, temperatura de fluido de retorno, torque, taxa de penetração e mudança de peso da coluna. O sistema de controle tem lógica de controle correspondente para monitorar, alertar e atuar baseado nas entradas de sensor. As ações podem incluir o alerta de pessoal de suporte, fechar um conjunto anelar de preventores (blowout preventer), cortar o tubo de perfuração usando uma gaveta de corte, bombear fluido mais pesado linhas de alta pressão (kill) e de afogador (choke), desconectar a coluna ascendente (riser) ou várias outras ações.
