Anteriormente, foram desenvolvidas muitas espécies de herbicidas e estiveram em uso prático.
A /V-(7-Fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2/7-1, 4benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida é conhecida como um ingrediente ativo de um herbicida (ver, por exemplo, Referência de não Patente 1).

Sumário da Invenção (Problema Técnico)
O objetivo da presente invenção é fornecer uma composição herbicida que possua um efeito notável sobre o controle de ervas daninhas.
(Solução para o Problema)
Os presentes inventores estudaram de forma intensa para descobrir composições herbicidas que possuíssem um efeito notável sobre o controle de ervas daninhas e então descobriram que a /V-(7-fluoro-3, 4-dihidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2/7-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 225 dicarboxamida que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume específico apresenta um efeito notável sobre o controle de ervas daninhas e desse modo completaram a presente invenção.
Isto é, a presente invenção fornece os seguintes aspectos.
[1] Uma composição herbicida que compreende a /V-(7-fluoro-3,
4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2H-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2dicarboxamida e um veículo inerte, em que a N-(7-fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3-oxo4-prop-2-inil-2H-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida

[3] A composição herbicida de acordo com [1] em que a N-(7fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2/7-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 0,2 pm até 1,7 pm.
[4] A composição herbicida de acordo com [1] em que a N-(7fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2W-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 0,25 pm até 1,7 pm.
[5] Um processo para o controle de ervas daninhas que compreende a aplicação de uma quantidade eficaz de /V-(7-fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2/7-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor a ervas daninhas ou a um solo no qual crescem as ervas daninhas.
[6] Um processo para o controle de ervas daninhas que compreende a aplicação de uma quantidade eficaz de A/-(7-fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2H-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 0,1 pm até 1,7 pm a ervas daninhas ou a um solo no qual crescem as ervas daninhas.

(Descrição das Modalidades)
A composição herbicida da presente invenção pode ser uma composição herbicida que compreende a A/-(7-fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4prop-2-inil-2/-/-1, 4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida e um veículo inerte em que a N-(7-fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2/-/-1, 4benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor (aqui a seguir, denominada a presente composição).
A /V-(7-Fluoro-3, 4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2H-1, 4benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1, 2-dicarboxamida contida na presente composição é um composto que possui uma atividade herbicida e é de modo geral conhecido pelo nome flumioxazin (aqui a seguir, denominada flumioxazin). O flumioxazin é descrito, por exemplo, na Crop Protection Handbook, Vol.89 (2003), página C236 (Meister Publishing Company, ISBN:1892829-06-1).
O flumioxazin usado na presente invenção possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor, por exemplo, 0,1 pm até 1,7 pm, 0,2 pm até 1,7 pm e 0,25 pm até 1,5 pm. O flumioxazin que possui tal diâmetro mediano de volume pode ser preparado, por exemplo, por moagem no estado úmido que compreende a agitação de uma suspensão de flumioxazin com esferas de vidro que constituem em pequenas esferas a alta velocidade para moer o flumioxazin.
A presente composição pode ser usada como uma formulação tais como um pó molhável, uma suspensão, um grânulo e similares, que compreende o flumioxazin que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor e um veículo inerte tais como um veículo sólido e um veículo líquido e similares e opcionalmente compreende um tensoativo, outros aditivos.

O flumioxazin que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor na presente composição está contido de modo geral em uma quantidade de 0,1 até 70 % em peso, de preferência 5 até 60 % em peso pelo peso total da presente composição.
O diâmetro mediano de volume de flumioxazin como usado neste caso como usado neste caso refere-se a um valor obtido por análise de uma imagem de muitas partículas observadas pelo método de difusão por difração com laser baseado na teoria de Difusão de Mie. Um instrumento para medição do diâmetro mediano de volume inclui, por exemplo, Mastersizer 2000 (Malvern), SALD-2200 (Shimadzu), Microtrac MT3000 (Nikkiso) e similares.
A distribuição do tamanho da partícula por tal instrumento para medição é uma distribuição do tamanho da partícula em uma base em volume contanto que as partículas medidas sejam esféricas. Um diâmetro mediano de volume (VMD) como usado neste caso é um diâmetro em que cada volume total das partículas que possua um diâmetro maior ou menor do que o VMD é cada um 50 % pelo volume total das partículas medidas.
O veículo inerte que pode ser usado na presente composição inclui, por exemplo, um veículo sólido pulverizado ou granulado tais como argilas (caulinita, terra diatomácea, óxido de silício sintético hidratado, argila de Fubasami, bentonita, terra ácida e similares), talco, outros minerais inorgânicos (sericita, quartzo em pó, enxofre em pó, carvão ativo, carbonato de cálcio e similares ), fertilizante químico (sulfato de amônio, fosfato de amônio, nitrato de amônio, cloreto de amônio, uréia e similares) e um veículo líquido tal como água e similares.
O veículo inerte pode estar contido de modo geral em uma quantidade de desde 0,01 até 50 % em peso, de preferência de desde 0,1 até 30 % em peso baseado no peso total da presente composição.
O tenso ativo inclui, por exemplo, ésteres de alquilsulfato, alquilsulfonato, alquilarilsulfonato, alquilariléteres e um composto de polioxietileno do mesmo, polietileno glicol éteres, ésteres de álcool polihídrico, derivado de açúcar álcool e similares. Outro aditivo inclui, por exemplo, um agente de
5/14 adesão / de dispersão tal como caseína, gelatina, polissacarídeos (amido, acácia, derivado de celulose, ácido algínico e similares), derivado de lignina, bentonita, polímero sintético solúvel em água (álcool polivinílico, polivinilpirrolidona, ácido poliacrílico etc.) e similares e um agente estabilizador tal como PAP (fosfato ácido de isopropila), BHT (2, 6-tert-butil-4-metifenol), BHA (2-/3-tert-butil-4-metoxifenol), óleo vegetal, óleo mineral, ácido graxo, éster de ácido graxo e similares.
A presente composição formulada como acima pode ser usada como um agente para borrifação sem diluição ou após diluição com água ou com outros solventes para o controle de ervas daninhas.
O processo para o controle de ervas daninhas da presente invenção pode compreender a aplicação de flumioxazin que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor a ervas daninhas ou a um solo no qual crescem as ervas daninhas. O processo para o controle de ervas daninhas da presente invenção pode ser de modo geral realizado por aplicação da presente composição como descrito antes sem diluição ou após diluição com água ou com outros solventes às ervas daninhas ou a um solo no qual crescem as ervas daninhas.
No processo para o controle de ervas daninhas da presente invenção, a quantidade do flumioxazin aplicado que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor pode ser decidido dependendo das condições atmosféricas, da formulação, da estação, do método de aplicação, da espécie de ervas daninhas, da espécie de plantação e similares. Especificamente, a quantidade para a aplicação pode ser de 10 - 1000 g por 10000 m2 de um solo no qual crescem as ervas daninhas. Quando a presente composição for um pó molhável ou uma suspensão etc., a dada quantidade do flumioxazin aplicado que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor pode ser de modo geral aplicado após a diluição com 50 até 3000 litros de água por 10000 m2 de um solo no qual crescem as ervas daninhas.
Quando o flumioxazin que possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,7 pm ou menor for aplicado à folhagem de ervas daninhas, pode ser adicionado um adjuvante à presente composição diluída com água para
6/14 melhorar a eficiência do controle das ervas daninhas.
O solo sobre o qual é usado o método da presente invenção para o controle das ervas daninhas inclui, por exemplo, um campo agrícola, um pomar e um campo sem ser agrícola.
O campo agrícola como usado neste caso inclui, por exemplo, uma terra sobre a qual cresce uma plantação tal como soja, milho, trigo, cevada e similares.
O pomar como usado neste caso inclui, por exemplo, uma fazenda para cultivo de frutas em que crescem árvores frutíferas tais como macieira, pereira do Japão, pereira, pessegueiro, ameixeira, nectarineira, ameixeira do Japão, cerejeira, amendoeira, caquizeiro, figueira, videira, nespereira e limoeiro e similares, campo de chá, campo de amoras, cafezal, bananal, palmeiral, jardim com árvores de flores, viveiro, viveiro para plantas, floresta e jardim.
Tal plantação, fruta etc. pode ser uma planta geneticamente engenheirada.
A terra sem ser agrícola como usado neste caso inclui, por exemplo, campo de esportes, lote vazio, final de via férrea, parque, estacionamento, final de Estrada, locação de rio, terra sob uma linha de alimentação elétrica, terra para construção e local para fábrica.
A presente composição pode ser usada como uma mistura ou em combinação com outro herbicida, e/ou inseticida, acaricida, nematicida, fungicida, regulador de crescimento de planta, agente de segurança, fertilizante, condicionador de solo e similares.
O ingrediente ativo do dito outro herbicida, inseticida, acaricida, nematicida, fungicida, regulador de crescimento de planta, agente de segurança, fertilizante, condicionador de solo e similares que pode ser usada a presente composição pode ser usado como uma mistura com ou em combinação com inclui, por exemplo, inseticida (um ingrediente que possui uma atividade inseticida): fenthion, fenitrothion, pirimiphos-metila, diazinon, quinalphos, isoxathion, pyridafenthion, chlorpyrifos-metila, vamidothion, malathion, phenthoate, dimethoate, disulfoton, monocrotophos, tetrachlorvinphos,

Os exemplos de Formulação a seguir, Os Testes de Efeitos e similares servem para ilustrar a presente invenção mais especificamente, que não pretendem limitar a presente invenção.
Neste Exemplo, o diâmetro mediano de volume de flumioxazin é medido com analisador de tamanho da partícula por difração com laser Mastersizer 2000 (Malvern).
Neste Exemplo, o termo partes significa partes em peso.
Primeiro, são apresentados a seguir exemplos de Formulação e exemplos de Comparação.
Exemplo de Formulação 1
Foram misturadas 100 partes de flumioxazin, 50 partes de sal triestiril fosfato de potássio etoxilado (Nome comercial: Soprophor FLK, Rhodia), 2 partes de um antiespumante de silicone (Nome comercial: Antifoam C Emulsion, Dow Corning) e 590 partes de água que sofreu troca de íons e a mistura resultante foi moída no estado úmido usando um moinho para moagem no estado úmido (DYNO-MILL KD-L, Willy A. Bachofen) que é carregado com esferas de vidro com 1,0 mm de diâmetro até 80 % do volume da câmara à velocidade periférica de 10 m/s com um tempo de permanência de 3 minutos para fornecer uma suspensão moída que compreende flumioxazin.
Então, a 200 partes de água que sofreu troca de íons foram adicionadas 50 partes de propileno glicol (ADEKA), 2 partes de goma de xantano (Nome comercial: KELZAN S, KELCO), 4 partes de silicato de magnésio e alumínio (Nome comercial: Veegum granules, R. T. Vanderbilt) e 2 partes de um conservante (Nome comercial: Proxel GXL, Arch Chemicals) e a mistura foi agitada para fornecer uma solução aquosa de espessante.
74,2 partes da suspensão moída e 25,8 partes da solução aquosa de espessante foram misturadas para fornecer uma formulação que compreende flumioxazin. O flumioxazin possuía um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,4 pm.
Exemplo de formulação 2
500 g da suspensão moída preparada no Exemplo de formula12/14 ção 1 com a adição de 400 g de esferas de zircônia com 0,1 mm de diâmetro foi moída no estado úmido usando um dispersante para umedecimento (Nome do produto: Ultra Apex Mill UAM015, Kotobuki Industries) a uma frequência de 50 Hz com uma vazão de 100 mL/min durante 30 minutos. 74,2 partes da suspensão resultante e 25,8 partes da solução aquosa de espessante preparada no Exemplo de formulação 1 foram misturadas para fornecer uma formulação que compreende flumioxazin. O flumioxazin possuía um diâmetro mediano de volume de 0,27 pm.
Exemplo de comparação 1
Foram misturadas 10 partes de flumioxazin, 5 partes de sal triestirilfrenol fosfato de potássio etoxilado (Nome comercial: Soprophor FLK, Rhodia), 0,2 partes de um antiespumante de silicone (Nome comercial: Antifoam C Emulsion, Dow Corning) e 59 partes de água que sofreu troca de íons. A mistura resultante foi colocada em um bécher SUS de 500 ml_ e 100 g de esferas de vidro com 1,5 mm de diâmetro foram adicionadas, seguido por agitação da mistura com Laboratory Stirrer LR400D (Yamato Scientific) a uma velocidade de rotação de 1600 rpm durante 2 minutos. Então as esferas de vidro foram removidas para fornecer uma suspensão moída que compreende flumioxazin. 50 partes da suspensão resultante e 17,38 partes da solução aquosa de espessante preparada no Exemplo de formulação 1 foram misturadas para fornecer uma formulação que compreende flumioxazin. O flumioxazin possuía um diâmetro mediano de volume de 23,3 pm.
Exemplo de comparação 2
Foi preparada uma formulação compreendendo flumioxazin do Exemplo de comparação 2 de uma maneira similar ao Exemplo de comparação 1 com a exceção do tempo de agitação de 10 minutos. O flumioxazin possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 5,20 pm.
Os Testes de Efeito são apresentados a seguir.
Nos Testes de Efeito, o efeito herbicida é avaliado visualmente e classificado em um escore de 1 até 100, em que 0 significa que não há ou que há uma pequena diferença no grau de germinação ou de crescimento entre as ervas daninhas tratadas e as ervas daninhas não tratadas na ocasi13/14 ão da avaliação e 100 significa que as ervas daninhas tratadas morreram completamente ou a sua germinação ou o seu crescimento foi inibido completamente. O escore de 70 até 100 significa que o efeito herbicida é excelente e o escore de 50 ou menor significa que o efeito herbicida é insuficiente para um uso prático.
Teste de Efeito 1
Um vaso de plástico com um diâmetro de 24 cm e uma profundidade de 21 cm foi cheio com um solo de terra de fazenda. Cada dada quantidade de formulações preparada nos Exemplos de formulação 1 e 2 e nos
Exemplos de comparação 1 e 2 é diluída com água. O líquido diluído resultante foi borrifado uniformemente sobre a superfície do solo com um borrifador compacto. A dose aplicada relacionada na Tabela 1 é representada como a quantidade do flumioxazin aplicado.
Após a borrifação do líquido diluído, os vasos foram colocados em uma estufa cuja temperatura é de 25 °C no período diurno e de 20 °C no período noturno. Na 10a semana após o tratamento do líquido diluído, aproximadamente 50 sementes de Amaranthus retroflexus foram semeadas. 14 dias após a semeadura do Amaranthus retroflexus, foi avaliado o efeito herbicida.
Os resultados são apresentados na Tabela 1.

Após a borrifação do líquido diluído, os vasos foram colocados 5 fora do ambiente. Na 9a semana após o tratamento do líquido diluído, aproximadamente 50 sementes de Amaranthus retroflexus foram semeadas. 14 dias após a semeadura do Amaranthus retroflexus, foi avaliado o efeito herbicida.

- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Composição herbicida, caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende N-(7-fluoro-3,4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-6-il) ciclo-hex-1-eno-1,2-dicarboxamida e um veículo inerte, em que a N-(7-fluoro5 3,4-di-hidro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-inil-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-6-il)ciclo-hex-1 -eno-1,2dicarboxamida possui um diâmetro mediano de volume de 1,4 pm a 1,7 pm.
