Abstract
"PROCESSO DE BAIXA PRESSãO PARA A PRODUçãO DE 3-DIMETILAMINO-PROPILAMINA (DMAPA)". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo aperfeiçoado para a produção de 3-dimetilaminopropilamina de alta pureza a partir de N,N-dimetilaminopropionitrila utilizando um processo de hidrogenação de baixa pressão. O processo básico compreende contatar a nitrila com hidrogênio a baixa pressão na presença de um catalisador em condições suficientes para efetuar a conversão da nitrila no produto amina primária."LOW PRESSURE PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF 3-DIMETHYLAMINE PROPYLAMINE (DMAPA)". The present invention relates to an improved process for producing high purity 3-dimethylaminopropylamine from N, N-dimethylaminopropionitrile using a low pressure hydrogenation process. The basic process comprises contacting nitrile with hydrogen at low pressure in the presence of a catalyst under conditions sufficient to effect conversion of nitrile to the primary amine product.
