Abstract

"MONTAGEM DE MANGUEIRA E GRAMPO, SUBMONTAGEM DE GRAMPO E MéTODO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma submontagem de grampo que inclui um grampo anular (20) e um clipe (22) preso ao grampo. Uma montagem de mangueira e grampo (10) inclui uma mangueira (12) tendo uma superfície externa (16) e uma superfície de vedação (18) oposta e inclui a submontagem de grampo (14, 114). O grampo (20, 120, 220) circunda a mangueira (12), e tem uma superfície interna (24) com um diâmetro ajustável. O clipe (22) inclui uma alavanca (26) que tem uma extremidade livre (28) embutida na mangueira (12) proporcionando a fixação da submontagem de grampo (14) na mangueira (12), quando nenhuma porção do grampo (20) e nenhuma porção do clipe (22) interfere com a superfície de vedação (18) da mangueira (12). A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um método para fixar um grampo anular (20) a uma mangueira (12) que inclui fixar um clipe (22) ao grampo (20), onde o clipe (22) inclui uma alavanca (26) tendo uma extremidade livre (28).
