Abstract

"CODEC DE BANDA LARGA DE MúLTIPLOS-MODOS DE TAXA DE BIT VARIáVEL CONTROLADO POR FONTE, MéTODO PARA CODIFICAR DIGITALMENTE O SOM USANDO O CODEC VMR-WB, E, MéTODO PARA TRADUZIR UM QUADRO DE SINAL AMR-WB EM UM QUADRO DE SINAL VMR-WB". Codec de fala de banda larga de múltiplos-modos de taxa de bit variável controlado por fonte (VMR-WB) possui um modo de operação que é interoperável com o codec de banda larga adaptativo de múltiplas-taxas (AMR-WB), o codec compreende: ao menos um modo de taxa-máxima interoperável (I-FR, Interoperable Full Rate), possuindo a primeira estrutura de alocação de bit baseada em um dos tipos de codificação do codec AMR-WB; e em ao menos um tipo de codificação do gerador de ruído de conforto (CNG, Comfort Noise Generator) para codificar o quadro de fala inativo possuindo uma segunda estrutura de alocação de bit baseada no tipo de codificação ATUALIZAR-SID AMR-WB. Métodos são também fornecidos para: i) codificar digitalmente o som usando o codec de fala de banda larga de múltiplos-modos de taxa de bit variável controlado por fonte (VMR-WB) para interoperar com o codec de banda larga adaptativo de múltiplas-taxas (AMR-WB); ii) traduzir o quadro de sinal do codec de fala de banda larga de múltiplos-modos de taxa de bit variável (VMR-WB) para o quadro de sinal de fala de banda larga adaptativo de múltiplas-taxas (AMR-WB); iii) traduzir o quadro de sinal de fala de banda larga adaptativo de múltiplas-taxas (AMR-WB) para o quadro de sinal de fala de banda larga de múltiplos-modos de taxa de bit variável (VMR-WB).
