Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA CONTROLAR UM POçO E PARA EFETUAR UM TESTE DE EXTRAVASAMENTO". Métodos e aparelhos para monitorar e controlar a pressão em um furo de poço caracterizado por um sistema de perfuração utilizando medições de pressão no fundo do furo em tempo real e um sistema de controle adaptado para controlar parâmetros tais como fechamento do poço, peso do fluido de perfuração, velocidade de bombeamento e atuação do regulador de pressão. Nas modalidades preferenciais o sistema de controle recebe insumo do sensor de pressão no fundo do furo assim como de sensores de pressão, sensores de volume de lama e medidores de fluxo localizados na superfície. O sistema de controle então ajusta um ou mais dentre densidade de fluido de perfuração, velocidade de bombeamento ou atuação do regulador de pressão para detectar fechamento e circulação de afluxos para fora do furo de poço. O sistema preferencial opera automaticamente sem qualquer intervenção manual nos processos de controle de poço.
