Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FORMAR DISPOSITIVOS DE VEDAçãO SOBRE FIXADORES". A invenção refere-se a um método a aparelho para formar elementos de depósito e/ou retenção em uma ampla variedade de dispositivos de fixação. Os fixadores são transportados em encaixes de fixador cada um tendo uma câmara, uma trava de fixador e um desengate de fixador que são móveis uns em relação aos outros. Os fixadores então têm um material aplicado a estes o qual é curado enquanto os fixadores estão nos encaixes sobre o transportador. Os fixadores com a vedação e/ou elemento de retenção formado sobre os mesmos são removidos dos mesmos. Um novo gabarito para prender os fixadores a serem processados e um dispositivo de vedação de elemento que tem um fixador com um elemento resiliente aderido a uma sua porção com uma depressão formada no mesmo na proximidade de uma porção do fixador também é fornecido.
