Abstract

"SISTEMA COLETOR SANITáRIO E MéTODO PARA DISTRIBUIR FLUIDOS HIGIENICAMENTE". A presente invenção refere-se à distribuição, de uma maneira higiênica, de um fluido microbiologicamente sensível, em particular um fluido alimentício de baixa acidez, de modo a evitar a proliferação de microorganismos na linha que dispensa o fluido, assim como em quaisquer componentes mecânicos de uma unidade distribuidora que possam entrar em contato com o fluido. A invenção se refere a um dispositivo para suprir higienicamente fluido microbiologicamente sensível, a partir de um recipiente removível que possui uma parte de conexão terminal, a uma unidade aplicadora. O dispositivo possui um mecanismo acoplador adaptado para ligar a parte de conexão terminal e um componente para distribuir um fluido de limpeza ou enxaguamento dentro da parte de conexão terminal.
