Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA CONECTAR DUTOS QUE CONDUZEM UM FLUIDO SOB PRESSãO". Dispositivo para conectar dutos conduzindo fluido sob pressão, de tal maneira que movimento relativo seja permitido entre duas partes de acoplamento portadoras de respectivas partes de acoplamento de respectivas extremidades de acoplamento dos dutos, com possibilidade para teste de pressão de vedações primárias anterior à operação, em que uma primeira das partes de acoplamento é constituída de um núcleo central (1) munido de um diâmetro interno (60) na direção longitudinal e de uma passagem radial (61) com conexão fluida com o diâmetro interno longitudinal (60), cuja passagem radial (61) tem conexão fluida com uma passagem em fonna de anel (62) formada ema segunda parte de acoplamento em forma de anel (2) que é móvel em relação à primeira parte de acoplamento, onde superfícies axiais confrontantes (superfícies substancialmente perpendiculares ao eixo geométrico longitudinal) entre a segunda parte de conexão e tanto a primeira parte de conexão quanto uma parte adicional compreendendo vedações de teste hidráulico dinâmicas (20, 21), vedações primárias hidráulicas dinâmicas (22, 23) e vedações secundárias hidráulicas dinâmicas (24, 25) têm intervalo de vedação constante para as vedações dinâmicas (20, 21, 22., 23, 24, 25) independente da pressão fluida na passagem (62) na segunda parte de acoplamento, distinguida pelo fato de que o dispositivo é constituído de um anel de rolamento (3) estacionário sm relação à primeira parte de acoplamento, disposto sobre a segunda parte de acoplamento e equipado com protensão axial contra a segunda parte de acoplamento com pelo menos uma mola e tendo construção permitindo administração de um fluido compensador a um intervalo compensador que é substancialmente disposto em paralelo com os planos de vedação e com o anel de rolamento entre o intervalo compensador e os planos de vedação, de tal maneira que um intervalo de vedação constante pode ser munido de protensão e fluido compensadores para todas as pressões de fluido.
