Abstract

"ARQUITETURA DE INTERFACE". Um módulo de interface universal para uso entre redes heterogêneas para reservar energia de processamento de um processador de sistema inclui um bloco de conexão física tendo pelo menos duas portas para fazer uma conexão física entre redes. Um dispositivo (16) de gate é acoplado ao bloco (114) de conexão e distribui pacotes de informação de formatos diferentes para redes apropriadas. Um dispositivo (120) de processamento de pacotes é acoplado ao dispositivo de gate para adicionar e remover dados e informação de endereçamento a partir dos pacotes. Um demultiplexador (130) de aplicação é acoplado ao dispositivo de processamento de pacotes e distribui dados e sinais de controle para aplicações a serem executadas em um processador de sistema.
