Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA DISPARAR UM CENTELHADOR". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para fechar rapidamente um circuito elétrico de alta voltagem. O dispositivo compreende um centelhador (1), fornecido com um primeiro (2) e um segundo (3) eletrodo principal, e um dispositivo de disparo (10). O dispositivo de disparo compreende um centelhador auxiliar (4) fornecido com um primeiro (5) e um segundo (6) eletrodo auxiliar e é adaptado, onde necessário, para gerar um arco (a) no centelhador auxiliar (4) para inflamar um arco (A) no centelhador principal (1). De acordo com a invenção, cada eletrodo auxiliar (5, 6) é fornecido com um trilho guia (13, 14) projetado tal que o arco, por meio dos trilhos guia e sendo influenciado pelo campo magnético gerado, se move no centelhador principal (1). O comprimento dos trilhos guia é maior que a largura do centelhador auxiliar (4). Os eletrodos auxiliares (5, 6) são dispostos tal que eles são protegidos do efeito de plasma formado no centelhador principal. Os centelhadores são encerrados em um invólucro hermético. A invenção também se refere a um método e um uso.
