"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA FACILITAR A REALIZAçãO DA RADIODIFUSãO DOS DADOS DE ACORDO COM O SERVIçO DE MULTIMìDIA HIERáRQUICO". Aparelho e método associado para controlar as operações da camada lógica RLP (38) da estação de comunicação, tal como a estação móvel (12) ou a estação transceptora base (18) de um sistema de comunicação CDMA, que provê ambas as comunicações 1xRTT e 1XEv-DV. Modificações para as opções dos serviços de dados existentes na camada lógica RLP (38) são fornecidas para facilitar as operações RLP.
