Uma sacola transformável em uma toalha de mesa que consiste em uma sacola (3) ou (11) fabricada a partir de papel ou um material similar que tem um formato quadrangular, a sacola (3) tendo meio de rompimento ou quebra controlada ao qual está incorporada uma lâmina de material térmico (4), e uma lâmina de material plástico ou similar (2) que está incorporada à primeira, a qual é munida de meio de reforço (7) e aberturas (6) na parte superior que constitui as suas alças, pelo que o corpo (11) tem duas lâminas adjacentes (12) e (12<39>), impressas em uma ou ambas as faces, capacitadas para serem separadas do corpo central (11), formando toalhas de mesa, com uma largura idêntica e maior comprimento que o corpo central (11).
