Mais particularmente, a presente invenção fornece um método para a rápida purificação de bio-moléculas rotuladas empregando-se reagentes de têmpera suportados por polímero insolúvel. São também fornecidos novos reagentes suportados por polímero da fórmula (I): Rs-Sp-Re, em que Rs é um polímero insolúvel, Re é um ou mais resíduos de reagente e Sp é um ou mais espaçador quimicamente forte que liga Rs e Re; e um processo para sua preparação."POLYMER SUPPORTED REAGENTS FOR PURIFICATION OF NATURAL PRODUCTS". The present invention relates to a method for purifying bio-molecules after chemical modification employing one or more insoluble polymer supported reagents. More particularly, the present invention provides a method for the rapid purification of labeled bio-molecules using insoluble polymer supported quench reagents. Also provided are new polymer supported reagents of the formula (I): Rs-Sp-Re, where Rs is an insoluble polymer, Re is one or more reagent residues and Sp is one or more chemically strong spacer linking Rs and Re ; and a process for their preparation.
