Abstract

"MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE UM SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE GáS". Um método de controle de um sistema de distribuição de gás (1) no qual uma ou mais plantas de separação de ar (18, 20) fornecem os produtos de nitrogênio e oxigênio gasosos às seções de tubulação (10, 12). As plantas de separação de ar (18, 20) são controladas por sistemas de controle de supervisão (30, 32) que direcionam as vazões de produção dos produtos gasosos a serem consumidos pelos clientes (14, 16) conectados às seções de tubulação (10, 12). O sistema de distribuição de gás (1) é controlado por um sistema de controle de modelo preditivo (34) no qual modelos de resposta em malha aberta empiricamente determinados são usados para gerarem respostas em malha aberta das seções de tubulação (10, 12) devido às mudanças nas demandas de cliente. Respostas otimizadas em malha fechada, relativas às solicitações de taxa de produção para os sistemas de controle de supervisão (30, 32), são geradas por técnicas de controle de modelo preditivo.
