Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO QUE POSSUI UM REFORçO DE COBERTURA". Trata-se de um pneumático (10) que compreende uma carcaça de lona radial (12), uma parte da banda de rodagem disposta radialmente para fora da área da coroa (14) da carcaça e uma estrutura de reforço de coroa interposta entre a parte da banda de rodagem (19) e a carcaça. A estrutura de reforço de coroa inclui uma montagem de correia (15) que possui pelo menos uma primeira lona de correia radialmente mais interna (16) e uma segunda lona de correia radialmente mais externa (17), bem como uma estrutura de cobertura têxtil (18) que é sobreposta radialmente para fora da dita montagem de correia (15) . A estrutura de cobertura têxtil é reforçada com cordonéis (40, 51) feitos de materiais que incluem nylon e aramida. No alongamento inicial dos cordonéis, os fios de mancal de carga principal são os fios de nylon; após alongamento mensurável os fios de mancal de carga principal são fios de aramida.
