Abstract
"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE CARGAS DE HIDROCARBONETOS". é descrito um processo de tratamento de cargas de hidrocarbonetos para a redução do teor de ácidos naftênicos presentes em teores de até 10 mg KOH/g de óleo em cargas de petróleo cru ou suas frações líquidas, que compreende contatar a carga contaminada com um adsorvente tipo hidrotalcita, sob condições de temperatura entre 200<198>C e 500<198>C em reator (2), sob fluxo de gás inerte e agitação com impelidores (3) numa relação adsorvente/petróleo na faixa de pelo menos 0,01 até 1, sob pressões de 0,1 a 1,0 MPag e com tempo de residência entre 15 minutos e 5 horas de modo a neutralizar os ácidos naftênicos presentes, após o que o adsorvente é opcionalmente separado da carga neutralizada com auxílio de um sistema de separação líquido/sólido, enquanto a carga de petróleo neutralizada é recuperada com índice de ácidos naftênicos reduzido. O adsorvente tipo hidrotalcita utilizado é uma hidrotalcita do tipo 3R~ 2~, 3R~ 1~ ou sintetizada conforme qualquer processo conhecido."HYDROCARBON LOAD TREATMENT PROCESS".
