Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA CALIBRAçãO DE PNEUS". Refere-se a Patente de Invenção a dispositivo mecânico concebido para calibração (enchimento e esvaziamento) automático de pneus de veículos, utilizando como elemento central tima válvula (A) para sensoriamento e atuação fluídica sobre a pressão dos pneus do veículo, contendo internamente mecanismo (A-5-E) e extemamente caneca (A-1) superior e caneca (A-2) inferior com projeto especialmente desenvolvido, de tal modo que o condutor, sem a necessidade de parar o veículo, pode promover tal alteração da pressão dos pneus conforme a situação exija, seja em função das condições do pavimento, onde a pressão deva ser aumentada ou diminuída, seja por pequenos vazamentos onde a pressão deva ser elevada automática e ininterruptamente, bastando para isso acionar instrumentos na própria cabine ao alcance das mãos, determinando a pressão que deverá ser mantida nos pneus, o que determinará ao compressor do próprio veículo uma adequação à pressão desejada, ficando por conta da válvula a tarefa de encher ou esvaziar os pneus. Este processo resolve diversos problemas que se apresentam nos sistemas atualmente utilizados, especialmente em veículos de transporte de cargas, que tem a limitação de somente promoverem o enchimento dos pneus, não tendo atuação automática quando se deseja esvaziá-los, o que impõe paradas em postos ou borracharias onde o condutor efetuará a calibração, gerando perdas de tempo e expondo desnecessariamente o veículo, a carga e o condutor a marginais que normalmente se apresentam neste tipo de local, resultando disso além da maior segurança a possibilidade de ganhos económicos representados pelo melhor aproveitamento do tempo, já que a atividade de promover a calibração dos pneus não impõe paradas, resultando em utilização racional dos pneus, que podem ser calibrados conforme as condições do pavimento e peso da carga, reduzindo com isso o seu desgaste, inclusive pela manutenção da pressão em pneus que apresentem pequenos vazamentos."TIRE CALIBRATION DEVICE".
