Abstract

"MECANISMO DE ENGRENAGENS". Mecanismo de engrenagens que compreende pelo menos duas peças dentadas alojadas em um cárter (1), cada uma delas fixada em um eixo rotativo em mancais fixados no cárter (1); uma cuba de armazenamento (5) de óleo de lubrificação/arrefecimento a ser injetado em cada região de engrenagem das peças dentadas; meios (6) para veicular o óleo da referida cuba para as áreas de engrenagem a fim de injetá-lo a uma pressão superior à pressão existente no cárter; meios (14) para reduzir a pressão gasosa no cárter (1); meios (9) de transferência do óleo, destinado à cuba de armazenamento (5). Esse mecanismo compreende um primeiro receptáculo (4) integrado ao cárter (1) para a recuperação do óleo de lubrificação/arrefecimento, que se comunica com um segundo receptáculo (7) no qual o óleo pode escoar a partir do primeiro receptáculo (4), dito segundo receptáculo (7) se comunica, por sua vez, com a cuba de armazenamento (5), sendo que os referidos receptáculos (4, 7) e a cuba (5) estão dispostos de maneira que o óleo possa fluir por escoamento gravitacional; uma pressão idêntica está nos receptáculos (4, 7), enquanto a cuba (5) está sempre à pressão atmosférica, e os referidos meios (9) de transferência estão dispostos à jusante do referido receptáculo (7) e são controlados pelo nível de óleo neste último, sendo que meios (15, 16) estão também previstos para que, em caso de pane dos meios (14) de redução da pressão gasosa e/ou de transferência (9), o funcionamento do mecanismo à pressão atmosférica esteja assegurado.
