Abstract

"SISTEMA DE CARREGAMENTO DE PRODUTOS QUìMICOS PARA UM IMPLEMENTO AGRìCOLA". Um sistema de carregamento de produto químico inclui um venturi localizado no topo do tanque de solução, para reduzir a massa de fluido que tem que ser erguida no tanque. Um bocal anti transposição na saída do depósito alimentador do ejetor assegura que o material é impulsionado no vácuo ou criado pelo venturi. Para reduzir o espaço de ar no material granular e aumentar a sucção pelo vácuo do venturi, o fluido é direcionado para o material através do bocal anti transposição e através de um anel de enxág³e em torno do topo do depósito alimentador. O anel de enxág³e, usado também para enxaguar o depósito alimentador após carregar o material e prover rigidez estrutural, inclui uma borda laminada no topo das paredes do depósito alimentador, com ranhuras na borda do anel, para prover colocação melhorada da solução de enxág³e.
