Abstract
"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM MECANISMO PARA ACIONAMENTO DE VáLVULA DE CAIXA DE DESCARGA". A presente invenção refere-se ao aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em mecanismo para acionamento de válvula, o qual é montado no tubo de descida da água do reservatório de caixa de descarga, do tipo externa e elevada. No fundo da caixa de descarga (1) é montada uma válvula de descarga convencional, que compreende uma sede (2) e um obturador (3), no qual é fixado um tubo (4). Uma tubulação de descida (5) é fixado no fundo da caixa de descarga (1) através de flanges (6) também convencionais. Em posição e altura adequadas no tubo (5) é montado um botão (7), normalmente recuado, que quando pressionado empurra um braço (8) que eleva uma haste (9), disposta internamente ao tubo (5). A extremidade superior da haste (9) afasta o obturador (3) da sede da válvula de descarga (2), liberando a descida d'água do reservatório (1) para o vaso sanitário. Cessada a pressão, a mola (10) faz recuar o botão (7), fazendo com que a haste (9) desça por gravidade e permitindo que o elemento obturador (3) vede a sede da válvula de descarga, para que o reservatório (1) volte a encher. O mecanismo de acionamento da válvula de descarga da presente invenção pode ser aplicado em qualquer modelo, tipo e fabricante de caixa de descarga, uma vez que prevê atuação direta na válvula de descarga, cujo funcionamento é padronizado."IMPROVEMENT IN MECHANISM FOR UNLOADING VALVE DRIVE". The present invention relates to the improvement developed in valve actuation mechanism which is mounted on the water discharge pipe of the external and elevated discharge type reservoir reservoir. The discharge valve drive mechanism of the present invention can be applied to any discharge box type, type and manufacturer as it provides direct actuation on the discharge valve, the operation of which is standardized.
