Abstract

"PROCESSO E MOLDE PARA MOLDAGEM DE EMBALAGENS PLáSTICAS". A presente invenção se refere a processo e molde para a moldagem de embalagens plásticas que utiliza a técnica de moldagem a sopro por extrusão contínua com cavidades unidas pelo gargalo por uma cabeça perdida. O processo de acordo com a invenção compreende basicamente (i) formação de parisons; (ii) fechamento do molde de maneira que as cavidades superiores e inferiores se fechem sobre os ditos parisons, prensando e soldando as extremidades dos referidos parisons nas regiões dos postiços superior e inferior; (iii) pinçamento da região das cabeças perdidas; (iv) avanço de um conjunto de agulhas, de modo que todas as agulhas de sopro penetrem simultaneamente em todos os parisons previstos no molde; (v) alimentação de ar comprimido até que as paredes dos parisons encostem-se à superfície interna das cavidades superiores e inferiores; (vi) retirada do ar e abertura do molde para a extração das embalagens suspensas pelas cabeças perdidas; (vii) estampagem das embalagens recém moldadas para a retirada das aparas dos fundos; e (viii) transporte das embalagens até um degolador, onde as embalagens são separadas das cabeças perdidas. A presente invenção trata também de um molde adequado para ser utilizado no processo descrito."MOLDING PROCESS AND MOLDING FOR PLASTIC PACKAGING". The present invention relates to a plastic packaging molding process and mold utilizing the continuous extrusion blow molding technique with cavities joined by the neck by a lost head. The process according to the invention basically comprises (i) forming parisons; (ii) closing the mold such that the upper and lower cavities close over said parisons, pressing and welding the ends of said parisons in the regions of the upper and lower hairpieces; (iii) clamping of the region of the lost heads; (iv) advancing a set of needles so that all blowing needles simultaneously penetrate all the parisons provided in the mold; (v) supply compressed air until the walls of the parisons abut the inner surface of the upper and lower cavities; (vi) removal of air and opening of the mold to extract the suspended packages by the lost heads; (vii) stamping of freshly molded packaging for the removal of chips from the bottoms; and (viii) transporting the packages to a cutthroat, where the packages are separated from the lost heads. The present invention also concerns a mold suitable for use in the described process.
