Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM COMPONENTE, EM MODO DE CONSTRUçãO DE COMPOSTO DE FIBRA". Processo para a fabricação de um componente no modo de construção de composto de fibra, no qual um produto semi-acabado pré-preparado de materiais de fibra é colocado em um molde fechado, é produzido um vácuo no molde, o produto semi-acabado é embebido com resina ou com uma mistura de resina/endurecedor e em seguida é endurecido sob pressão e temperatura. Um processo automatizado para a fabricação de produtos semi-acabados ou componentes, é caracterizado pelas seguintes etapas de processo: - um núcleo da ferramenta próximo ao contorno da extremidade, constituído de duas metades separáveis, é trançado com, pelo menos, uma camada de material de fibra por meio de um processo de entrançamento circular automático, - após a produção da malha, é retirada uma metade do núcleo da ferramenta, - a malha que envolve a outra metade do núcleo da ferramenta é prensada no molde predeterminado do produto semi-acabado, - o produto semi-acabado desmoldado é colocado em um dispositivo de RTM, impregnado com resina e endurecido para a fabricação do componente, e - a metade do núcleo da ferramenta que permaneceu no componente é retirada do componente (por exemplo, retirada por fusão).
