Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A ESTIMATIVA DA DENSIDADE DE UMA SALMOURA". A presente invenção refere-se a um novo dispositivo que permite a um indivíduo medir a densidade de uma salmoura em usinas de sal solar a partir de uma distância sem ter que recorrer à amostragem da salmoura. o dispositivo que pode ser considerado como um aperfeiçoamento sobre o tipo de medidor de Baume de laboratórios convencionais - pode ser posicionado diretamente no reservatório de sal. O dispositivo permanece submerso e, portanto, invisível, até a densidade da salmoura desejada ser atingida. Daí por diante o mesmo flutua gradualmente para cima e torna-se visível a partir de uma distância. A partir de marcações apropriadas sobre uma haste conectada à parte superior do dispositivo, é possível realizar a medição que confirma se a salmoura ainda está para atingir a densidade desejada, ou se já atingiu a taxa da densidade desejada, ou se excedeu a taxa da densidade desejada. o dispositivo é resistente à corrosão, e é capaz de enfrentar as condições climáticas extremas que ocorrem nas usinas de sal solar. O controle da densidade de uma salmoura a partir de uma distância elimina a necessidade de amostragem freq³ente da salmoura algo que facilita a aderência para o controle do processo de otimização da produção de sal. A metodologia pode ser estendida à produção de outros materiais químicos marinhos tais como carnalita e cainita.
