Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE POLPA COM BAIXA COD, E, PRODUTO DE CIMENTO". Produto de polpa que possui uma COD baixa é composto de uma polpa não-alvejada que é embebida e lavada em água alcalina durante um período de tempo suficiente de tal modo que a COD após o embebimento e lavagem é menor ou igual a 3,0 kg/1000 kg de polpa seca. A polpa é produzida embebendo e lavando repetidamente uma polpa não-alvejada em água alcalina que nunca é deixada cair abaixo de pH 7,0. A polpa é embebida e lavada por um total de pelo menos 400 minutos em uma temperatura elevada para produzir o produto de polpa que possui uma baixa COD.
