Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO PARA PRODUTOS DE CUIDADO PESSOAL". é fornecido um revestimento para produtos de cuidado pessoal possuindo uma primeira camada de não tecido perfurada hidrofílica laminada a uma segunda camada de não tecido perjurada hidrofóbica. As aberturas podem estar alinhadas. A primeira camada pode, ainda, ser produzida de fibras hidrofílicas duráveis e a segunda de fibras hidrofílicas não duráveis. O revestimento pode ser produzido por um processo de hidroentrelaçamento. revestimento pode ainda possuir um tratamento aplicado à camada hidrofílica, onde o tratamento é aloe, vitamina E, óleo mineral, bicarbonato de sódio e combinações destes. Igualmente fornecido é um revestimento para roupa íntima possuindo um revestimento permeável a líquido, um tampão impermeável a líquido e um núcleo absorvente posicionado entre estes. O revestimento possui uma primeira camada de não tecido perfurada hidrofílica laminada de acordo com um processo de hidroentrelaçamento a uma segunda camada de não tecido perfurada hidrofóbica. As perfurações da primeira camada e da segunda camada podem estar alinhadas.
