Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA ESTERILIZAR PRODUTOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para esterilizar produtos, especialmente produtos alimentícios e as matérias primas, produtos auxiliares e produtos semi-acabados dos mesmos, além das matérias primas, adjuvantes e intermediários para as indústrias farmacêutica e cosmética. Os produtos que são separados por seleção, são colocados, por espessuras de camada dependente do produto, em um recipiente de processo (30, depois de serem possivelmente separados e/ou peneirados. O recipiente de processo (3) garante condições idênticas de tratamento para toda a carga do produto, visando atingir uma qualidade homogênea do produto. O recipiente do processo é introduzido dentro de uma câmara de pressão (7), na qual o real processo de esterilização é controlado por um programa e funciona de forma homogênea. O recipiente de processo é retirado da câmara de pressão (7), o produto é então retirado do recipiente de processo, antes ou depois de refrigerado até uma temperatura pré-determinada e, opcionalmente, trazido de volta à sua forma original por meio de um pós tratamento mecânico antes de ser colocado no recipiente de entrega e/ou de ser novamente processado. A invenção, por conseguinte, permite que a superfície dos produtos, especialmente produtos secos naturais, seja esterilizada e desinfetada de maneira homogênea e reproduzível, sem ocasionar nenhuma mudança indesejada nas propriedades sensoriais, fisiológicas e químicas do produto.
