Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA TRATAMENTO DE POLPA". Um sistema para tratar polpa compreende um dispositivo de desidratação (2) para desidratar a polpa para uma concentração de fibra de pelo menos 20%, um vaso fechado para fragmentação de polpa (16) para fragmentar a polpa desidratada, e um tubo de saída (22) a partir do vaso de fragmentação de polpa. Um parafuso de transporte (18) é arranjado no tubo de saída para transportar a polpa fragmentada do vaso de fragmentação de polpa através do tubo de saída através de um vaso reator (6) para branquear a polpa fragmentada por meio de reação com gás ozónio. O tubo de saída (22) é projetado com uma porção de teto levantada (27) de modo que um espaço superior para gás (29) livre de polpa é formado no tubo de saída entre a porção de teto e o parafuso de transporte.
