Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO E LINHA DE PRODUçãO DE ARTIGO DESCARTáVEL PARA MANUSEIO DE FLUIDOS". São apresentados um método e um aparelho para a fabricação de artigos descartáveis para manuseio de fluidos, inclusive artigos absorventes (por exemplo, fraldas para bebê, artigos para incontinência em adultos, artigos para higiene feminina, fraldas de natação para bebês, babadores, bandagens para ferimentos) e artigos para administração de componentes benéficos (por exemplo, lenços de banho, lenços para o corpo, faixas para o corpo, artigos para higiene de animais domésticos, artigos para limpeza e para polimento). A presente invenção pode combinar a tecnologia de formação de mantas com a tecnologia de conversão de mantas em um processo contínuo para a produção de um artigo descartável para manuseio de fluidos, sendo que dois ou mais dos componentes do dito artigo são formados na linha de conversão a partir de materiais poliméricos extrudados. Assim, o novo método e o novo aparelho podem reduzir ou eliminar a necessidade por mantas contínuas de tecidos, películas, espumas, elásticos etc., que são transportados desde os fabricantes das ditas mantas sob um formato embalado, por exemplo, enrolados em bobinas ou dobrados em caixas.
