"SISTEMA DE CRIAçãO E DISTRIBUIçãO DE OBJETOS INFORMATIVOS". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de criação e distribuição de objetos informativos que funciona para fornecer Planilhas de Dados de Segurança de Materiais de Valor Agregado através da utilização de um repositório centralizado de Planilhas de Dados de Segurança de Materiais imutáveis, unicamente identificadas. Este sistema automatiza a criação, manutenção e distribuição das Planilhas de Dados de Segurança de Materiais de Valor Agregado pela utilização de um paradigma baseado em Internet e um repositório centralizado de elementos de dados imutáveis, unicamente identificados. O sistema de criação e distribuição de objetos informativos fornece um conjunto de módulos de software que os fabricantes podem utilizar para criar, manter, e distribuir as Planilhas de Dados de Segurança de Materiais e seus clientes, como membros do sistema de Planilhas de Dados de Segurança de Materiais de valor agregado, podem utilizar para recuperar, manter, e distribuir as Planilhas de Dados de Segurança de Materiais. A interconectividade do sistema permite a utilização de um paradigma baseado em lnternet para a compra e venda entre os membros do sistema de Planilhas de Dados de Segurança de Materiais de Valor Agregado como bens, e para reduzir a carga de custos entre os membros conforme as normas governamentais.
