Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO DE MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DO TIPO TURBO-COMPOSTO". A presente invenção se refere a uma disposição para um motor de combustão interna do tipo turbo-composto. O motor compreende um sistema de exaustão para conduzir os gases de exaustão do motor, com uma turbina supercharger (11) que traciona um compressor (13) para o ar de combustão do motor, e uma turbina de exaustão (15) colocada no sistema de exaustão a jusante da turbina supercharger (11) para extrair energia residual a partir do fluxo de exaustão por intermédio de transmissão para o eixo de manivela do motor de combustão interna. O sistema de exaustão também compreende uma válvula reguladora de frenagem de exaustão (16) colocada a jusante da turbina exaustão (15). A disposição para um motor de combustão interna do tipo turbo-composto em concordância com a presente invenção está caracterizada pelo fato de que a válvula reguladora de freio de exaustão (16) compreende um regulador de pressão de exaustão controlado a pressão (22), que torna possível regulagem variável de uma pressão de frenagem de exaustão em pelo menos duas etapas; e de que o regulador de pressão de exaustão (22) está proporcionado com recursos para adaptar a pressão de frenagem de exaustão para a velocidade de motor.
