A presente invenção refere-se a bactérias corineformes que têm, além de pelo menos uma cópia, presente no sítio natural (local), de um quadro de leitura aberta (ORF), gene ou alelo que codifica para a síntese de uma proteína ou um RNA, em cada caso uma segunda, opcionalmente terceira ou quarta cópia deste quadro de leitura aberta (ORF), gene ou alelo, em cada caso em um segundo, opcionalmente terceiro ou quarto sítio em uma forma integrada no cromossoma, e a processos para a preparação de compostos químicos por fermentação destas bactérias."CORINEFORM BACTERIA PRODUCING CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS I".
