Abstract

"MéTODO E KIT PARA O DIAGNóSTICO IN VIVO OU PARA O MONITORAMENTO DE UMA DOENçA QUE ENVOLVE UMA REAçãO INFLAMATóRIA DENTRO DE UM PACIENTE". A invenção diz respeito a um método para o diagnóstico in vivo ou para o monitoramento de uma doença que envolve uma reação inflamatória dentro de um paciente, em que dito método compreende as etapas de: a) fornecer uma amostra biológica de dito paciente; b) medir a quantidade de selenoproteína P que está contida em dita amostra biológica; c) comparar a quantidade de selenoproteína P medida na etapa b) i) com a quantidade de selenoproteína P que está contida em uma amostra biológica de um indivíduo que não está afetado com a doença; ou ii) com a quantidade de selenoproteína P que estava contida em uma amostra biológica do mesmo paciente.
