Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA MELHORES RENDIMENTOS EM OLEFINAS DE PESO MOLECULAR MAIS ELEVADO A PARTIR DE OLEFINAS DE PESO MOLECULAR MAIS BAIXO". Um processo para melhores rendimentos em olefinas mais pesadas a partir de uma faixa substancialmente estreita de uma matéria-prima de hidrocarbonetos mais leves contendo olefinas em uma coluna de destilação com reação, compreendendo alimentar uma faixa estreita de matéria-prima de hidrocarbonetos contendo olefina, a uma coluna de destilação com reação, em um ponto entre seu fundo e seu topo, colocar as olefinas em contato no ponto de alimentação com um catalisador de desproporcionamento em disposição alternada com um catalisador de isomerização, ou uma mistura dos mesmos, e manter a mistura reacional em um estado de equilíbrio vapor - líquido para concentrar os produtos de reação mais leves na fase vapor e os produtos de reação mais pesados na fase líquida, através da manutenção de um perfil controlado de pressão e de temperatura na coluna de destilação reativa, e para criar, de maneira reativa, as olefinas de peso molecular mais elevado desejadas sobre os catalisadores e coletá-las na forma de produto de fundo e remover as olefinas de peso molecular mais leve por cima, a partir do topo da coluna de destilação reativa.
