Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO DE BENEFICIAMENTO DE PARTìCULAS". A invenção se refere ao tratamento de um material em partículas ligado e, mais particularmente, à recuperação ou ao beneficiamento de areia em núcleos na fundição de artigos de metal fundido ou liga para sua subseq³ente reutilização. é conhecido usar dispositivos de vibração para a remoção dos núcleos das peças fundidas. Esse aparelho pode ser ruidoso. Os dispositivos de vibração podem causar doenças industriais, tais como dedos brancos e síndrome de vibração de mão e braço, e similares. Devido a esses problemas, outros processos e aparelhos foram propostos. A EP-B1-0612276 (CEC) mostra o uso de um forno de tratamento térmico e aparelho de beneficiamento de areia combinados, o forno se assentando acima do aparelho de beneficiamento da areia. Uma peça fundida com um núcleo é mantida no forno e é exposta a uma atmosfera aquecida. Conforme a peça fundida se aquece, o núcleo de areia se solta e, eventualmente, cai da peça fundida na unidade de beneficiamento de areia. Ar oxigenado é introduzido no aparelho de beneficiamento de areia, o qual fluidiza o leito; o ar também pode ser aquecido. O atrito das partículas de areia no leito fluidizado em conjunto com o calor, o qual pode estar presente, atuam para remover, por abrasão e/ou combustão, um aglutinante o qual adere à areia.
