Abstract

"TIRA ENCADERNADORA POSSUINDO SUPERFìCIE CODIFICADA E MéTODO". Trata-se de uma tira encadernadora codificada (30) possuindo uma matriz de adesivo (12A e 12B) e um padrão codificado (Fig. 3) formado em uma superfície da matriz para identificar o tipo de tira encadernadora (30). O padrão codificado inclui regiões com reflexividade relativamente alta (L2) e regiões com reflexividade relativamente baixa (L1). De preferência, o padrão codificado é lido (34A e 34B) a medida que a tira encadernadora é alimentada dentro de uma máquina de encadernação (18) com o padrão codificado controlando a operação da máquina.
