Abstract
"SISTEMA CATALISADOR PARA A TRIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINAS E PROCESSO DE TRIMERIZAçãO DE COMPOSTOS OLEFìNICOS". A invenção refere-se a um sistema catalisador para a trimerização seletiva da olefinas, sendo que o sistema é baseado em um complexo de titânio da fórmula (Cp-B(R)~ n~Ar)TiR^ 1^~ 3~, na qual: Cp é um ligante do tipo ciclopentadienila, opcionalmente substituído, B é um grupo de ligação, baseado em um único átomo selecionado dos grupos 13 a 16, inclusive, do sistema periódico, Ar é um grupo aromático, opcionalmente substituído, R é, independentemente, hidrogênio, ou um resíduo de hidrocarboneto, opcionalmente substituído e opcionalmente contendo heteroátomos, ou os grupos R e B são unidos um ao outro para formar um anel, N é um número inteiro igual à (valência de B menos 2), e R^ 1^ são um grupo mono-aniónico, e compreende adicionalmente um ativador. O presente sistema catalisador elimina o uso de compostos de cromo tóxicos."CATALYST SYSTEM FOR OLEFIN TRIMERIZATION AND OLEPHIC COMPOUND TRIMERIZATION PROCESS". The invention relates to a catalyst system for the selective trimerization of olefins, the system being based on a titanium complex of the formula (Cp-B (R) -n-Ar) TiR ^ 1 ^ ~ 3 ~, in which: Cp is an optionally substituted cyclopentadienyl-type binder, B is a linking group based on a single atom selected from groups 13 to 16 inclusive of the periodic system, Ar is an optionally substituted aromatic group, R is, independently, hydrogen, or an optionally substituted hydrocarbon residue optionally containing heteroatoms, or the groups R and B are joined together to form a ring, N is an integer equal to (valence of B minus 2), and R R1 is a mono anionic group, and further comprises an activator. The present catalyst system eliminates the use of toxic chromium compounds.
