Abstract

"MéTODO, E, INSTALAçãO DE PERFURAR UMA ESTRUTURA DE FIBRA ATRAVéS DE UMA AGULHA". A invenção refere-se a um método para perfuração de uma estrutura fibrosa através de uma agulha, pela qual a estrutura fibrosa para ser perfurada pela agulha é direcionada para frente em relação a um cabeçote de perfuração por agulha conduzindo várias agulhas correspondentes, as quais penetram e saem subseq³entemente da estrutura fibrosa. A velocidade de alimentação instantânea da estrutura fibrosa diminui em resposta à resistência a alimentação exercida pelas agulhas quando a última penetra a estrutura e a referida velocidade de alimentação diminui subseq³entemente com a retirada das agulhas, de modo que a força exercida nas agulhas pelo movimento para frente da estrutura é limitada, sem o referido movimento para frente sendo completamente interrompido durante a duração total que as agulhas estão dentro da estrutura. A velocidade de alimentação pode ser diminuída diretamente por meio da resistência a alimentação exercida pelas agulhas usando um dispositivo de acionamento com uma transmissão possuindo uma mola de contração que pode absorver a diminuição da velocidade de alimentação da estrutura fibrosa."METHOD AND INSTALLATION OF PUNCHING A FIBER STRUCTURE THROUGH A NEEDLE". The invention relates to a method for piercing a fibrous structure through a needle, whereby the fibrous structure to be pierced by the needle is directed forward with respect to a needle piercing head carrying several corresponding needles which penetrate and subsequently leave the fibrous structure. The instantaneous feed rate of the fibrous structure decreases in response to the feed resistance exerted by the needles as the latter penetrates the structure and said feed rate subsequently decreases with the withdrawal of the needles, so that the force exerted on the needles by forward motion of the frame is limited without said forward movement being completely interrupted for the entire duration that the needles are within the frame. The feed rate may be decreased directly by the feed resistance exerted by the needles using a drive device with a transmission having a contraction spring that can absorb the decrease in the feed rate of the fibrous structure.
