Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FUNDIR E SOLIDIFICAR METAL LìQUIDO E SEU CORTE". A invenção se refere a um método e um dispositivo para a produção de peças de metal com um tamanho pré-definido a partir da fase líquida, mais particularmente peças feitas de ligas ferrosas ou de metais não ferrosos, e compreendendo uma unidade de fundição de tiras que produz uma tira metálica contínua, dotada de espessura pré-determinada e uma unidade de corte que separa a tira em peças. Durante a fusão e a solidificação grava-se um padrão de pontos de corte na superfície da tira utilizando um rolete marcador (1), sendo que tal padrão determina o tamanho ideal pré-definido das peças após a fragmentação da tira.
