Abstract

"MéTODO PARA DETERMINAçãO DAS CARACTERìSTICAS DE UMA FORMAçãO PENETRADA POR UM FURO DE POçO". é revelado um método para determinação das características de uma formação subterrânea penetrada por um poço existente ou perfurado. O método usa um modelo matemático para realizar uma estimativa de parâmetros da formação quando um fluido sai da formação através de um orifício e para o interior do furo de poço ou da ferramenta. O modelo pode ser adaptado para poços possuindo uma perfuração estendendo-se desde o furo de poço e penetrando na formação mediante um ajuste matemático da perfuração ao orifício do modelo matemático. As propriedades da formação podem ser estimadas mediante a eliminação matemática da perfuração e a substituição da mesma por um raio geométrico de orifício alargado para simulação do modelo matemático.
