"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE FORMA E ALINHAMENTO DE RODAS E PROCESSO DE CONTROLE E ALINHAMENTO DE RODAS". Descreve-se um sistema de controle de forma e alinhamento de rodas (1), o sistema de controle compreendendo: (i) um dispositivo de captura de imagem (10) da roda (1); (ii) um sistema de processamento de imagem e geração de contornos (20); e (iii) um sistema de geração de dados de controle (30), o sistema de processamento de imagem e geração de contornos (20) compreendendo um elemento processador (22) associado ao dispositivo de captura de imagem (10) e ao sistema de geração de dados (30). é descrito também, um processo de controle de forma e alinhamento de rodas (1) compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) calibração do sistema através de um calibrador (3); b) captura de uma imagem da roda (1) por meio de um dispositivo de captura de imagem (10); C) processamento da imagem da roda (1) através de um elemento processador de imagem (22), geração e visualização de contornos da roda (1) através de um elemento de geração de contorno (23); d) geração de dados de controle.
