Abstract
"SACO PARA ENSACAR PRODUTOS PULVERULENTOS EM GRãOS E SEMELHANTES". Trata-se de um saco para ensacar produtos pulverulentos, em forma de grãos ou semelhante, no qual os produtos a serem ensacados são carregados por meio de um bico de enchimento pela corrente de ar, que transporta e impulsiona tais produtos até o interior do saco. O saco conformado por pelo menos um par de folhas de papel, entre as quais é formada uma câmara até a qual passa o ar injetado no interior do saco, durante o processo de ensacamento, através de uma abertura que define um conduto de carregamento conformado em um vértice do saco entre dobras de fechamento superpostas e uma parte pregada das folhas que fica por debaixo das dobras. Nas extremidades opostas do saco, cada uma das dobras de fechamento, uma interna e a outra externa, é conformada com ambas as folhas de papel e ligadas entre si geralmente com adesivos ou costuras. Para a evacuação do ar injetado durante o processo de ensacamento, a dobra externa inclui canais de saída de ar, os quais são formados entre as duas folhas da dobra externa, a câmara definida entre ambas as folhas do saco com o ambiente externo.
