"GABARITO DE MICROESTRUTURA DE GRANDE áREA, PARA CRIAçãO DE CONJUNTOS INTIMAMENTE ACONDICIONADOS". Um gabarito de microestrutura para fabricar conjuntos ordenados de partículas, que possui uma superfície de topo e uma superfície de fundo, com a superfície de topo possuindo uma pluralidade de depressões proximamente espaçadas. As partículas estão dispostas nas depressões proximamente espaçadas para formarem pelo menos uma camada de partículas.
