Abstract

"ACIONADOR DE LASER DE BAIXA POTêNCIA". Um circuito de acionador de laser inclui um diodo de laser de injeção. Um circuito em loop de controle de fonte de corrente é conectado ao diodo de laser de injeção e estabelece uma corrente fixa através do diodo de laser de injeção. Um circuito de comutação de voltagem é adaptado para receber uma voltagem fixa e converter indutivamente a voltagem de suprimento em voltagem direta para polarizar o diodo laser de injeção e produzir uma saída de laser conectada à fibra óptica tendo as perdas de energia minimizadas.
